We all share one common purpose: we are here to learn soul lessons we chose to master in this lifetime. You can call these lessons soul contracts or you can call them growing pains, but it all boils down to your commitment to gain the necessary awareness to experience, heal, grow, and evolve in order to live a life that is true to who you authentically are. It is said that the lessons you don’t master during one lifetime are carried into the next lifetime. You often see these lessons play out as generational or family themes. When trauma is defined as any event that causes one to question their lovability and value, and in some way disconnect from their soul, you can begin to understand that trauma is a personal experience, and what feels traumatic to one person may not necessarily feel traumatic to another. By understanding the mechanics of you own unique design you gain the awareness of how a part of us operates, whether consciously or subconsciously. You begin to accept the rejected part of self because you finally understand why that energy is present to begin with. Human Design and Reiki are incredible tools you can utilize to help you break patterns, create miracles, evolve and in the process transform the impossible into probable.

Some of my own experiences and journey have brought me to deeper understand, study and master these key areas:

I am now focusing my work on guiding others who find themselves on a similar journey and who struggle with:

• expressing themselves to avoid challenge, discomfort, confrontation

• self-worth and self-love and hold a belief they are not good enough and therefore settle for less

• feeling stuck yet unable to see how their experiences and conditioning has shaped their current reality

• aligning their energy to manifest with ease and flow

• giving their power away to others, and lacking accountability for the consequences of their actions

I use 3 key modalities in all of my work: Human Design, Reiki, Quantum Alignment and tie it all together using my intuition.

I base my work on the energy of free will, understanding that advice and guidance is all we can share and receive from others. Ultimately, it is up to you to chose the right path for yourself, to take the guidance that resonates, and to honour your journey in a way that feels right and authentic to you. Everything shared is simply a translation of energy that is within you, and YOU yourself have the power to change any aspect of your life that you are not happy and aligned with. My intention is to help you understand the mechanics of your energy and help you gain confidence to make aligned decisions and take aligned actions to create the life YOU are content with.
